Hats off to the Mud Ducks more than half the team with at least 15 years not a day of practice and to take 2nd overall it truly amazes me . I didn't think they could pull it off
GREAT JOB old men.
First off, what many dont realize is the effort put into this night by RVC, and Kudos to them, they had those flyers everywhere, and the support and turnout was great.
Secondly, Twisted tumbler is the only juice for old fashioned running!
Third, It was great to hang out afterwards with the other teams.
Remember, we are all competitors on the track but afterwards, were just one team. if we keep that in mind the sport will last forever and we could all have a really good time. thanks to all it was a great night, and kudos to east rock, how the cold ducks flocked to rockville centre is beyond me, it must have been the flying "V"
meadowmere, hope to see you on the track, and hope we helped in your journey on the track, we all want competition, so come out again and keep on bringing it!
Enough with the ducks as well between the mud ducks and cold ducks ive seen too many ducks!
#1 I was wearing a hat earlier in the day (and i wont wear one on the track)
#2 If I wouldve known RVC would've brought out that much scenary in the stands I wouldve definitely put up the antennaes (spikes)
#3 I have gel almost as a survival pack so take it easy.

excuses..excuses ...i only saw the pictures of you without the gel.. prob the first time since ive known you i havent seen the famous bruce gelled hair.
