Brookville
Route 107 (Cedar Swamp Rd) s/o Wheatley Rd

OBPD looking for Green Mack garbage truck that left scene of MVA, last seen heading southbound on Route 107, NCPD Helo-6 also overhead searching for truck.

Dude does a hit-and-run in a garbage truck? That's sure inconspicuous.

Cyclist may have struck and the driver never knew..!! Just saying it's possible.

That's probably what happened. The cyclist probably hit in the rear of the truck and the driver kept going. When you're driving a truck that size and that loud you can hit a parked car and never relize it.

Didn't a similar situation happen in the past year over in Hicksville involving an MTA Bus and a pedestrian or bicyclist ? The bus hit a guy and didn't realize until it someone flagged down the bus.
