westbury ff taking a breather from between the rocks

elmont truckie goin to work

floral park, attic fire with slate roof on revere drive

classic stretch and vent from floral park truck

taking the long way to work in da hub

inwood truckie uses all angles

roosevelt truckie in a tight squeeze

floral park lieutenants from engines 125 and 126, right off the line. office building fire, still going in background...

If they are the gloves that I am thinking of...bright orange and were made of rubber....my father had those when he was a member of NHP H&L back in the 70's and early 80's.

Nice pic of me with the classic MSA air tanks!!! I dont know if you remeber when you were in Levittown you gave me some pics of this fire, I was the OIC on the roof.

Good for lots of things, for sure, but don't use them in a fire - unlike M & M's they melt - right on your hand....

thats why its posted spin...remembering the old jobs....i posted the floral park attic one, regular job..but it was a daytime job with minimum manpower....and all that stands out is getting up there, seeing slate, whacking it and thinking..oh sh*t this is gonna take a while ..engines gonna take a beating.........
