Additionally, the Sopranos was filmed at Trainland in Lynbrook for the infamous scene where Bobby takes a few in the back..

and I believe there are several autographed copies of THAT infamous video as well there ESU..

I believe they also taped part of the movie with Robert Deniro and Ben Stiller Meet the parents I believ the part when they are racing deach other, the scene was supposedly on main street in Port Washington >

Meet the parents / house scene with gazebo fire was filmed in Old Brookville ( Glenwood Fire Dist ) on pound hollow road / engine 531 stood by for 4 days and all the crew was paid ( paid as special talent ) they treated us real well. The shows Damages and Gossip Girls has also filmed in the last 6 months in Roslyn harbor also in Glenwood fire dist.

and of course, in the same genre as the Sopranos, there was a famous "death scene" from the 1972 movie, "The Godfather", filmed, if memory serves, at a toll booth on the Loop Parkway (OK, maybe the ABB, but in that vicinity)

Actually it was filmed on an abandoned airstrip on what is now Nassau Community College. The horse scene was filmed on the North Shore in some famous house the name escapes me right now.

Passed by today and see that a few lucky NCPD units and Ambo's there as well as what I assume is a bethpage engine.
Anyone that was there with any info or stories of whats taking place? or Perhaps a glimse of the full lipped beauty?

Bethpage has been doing an Engine stanby there for the last 2 days maybe one more i believe also while there filming a fire scene, I did hear from the crew that they were able to take some pictures with her.

If you pass by grumman on Hicksville rd, you can see the set and all the vehicles being used for the movie. Its just south of the McDonalds. Its a shame with all the acres there a permenant studio never came to be.

Wasnt one of those Ben Stiller flicks filmed at Louies Seafood restaurant in PT Washington ?

Angelina Jolie Injured

Angelina Jolie was taken to the hospital today after getting hurt on the set of her new movie.

Angelina was shooting "Salt" on [COLOR=#29a256! important][COLOR=#29a256! important]Long [COLOR=#29a256! important]Island[/color][/color][/color], when she bumped her head, getting some sort of nick in between her eyes. She bled a bit and was taken to the hospital.

Her manager tells us she was doing a stunt when the incident occurred. He says she is completely fine.

We just got a statement from the [COLOR=#29a256! important][COLOR=#29a256! important]film's [COLOR=#29a256! important]production [/color][COLOR=#29a256! important]company[/color][/color][/color]:

"This morning while filming an action sequence... Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed."

I heard the cops going over to the old Grumman site earlier for a bodyguard who was having a problem with (as they put it over the PD radio) "paparazi"
