The Terry Farrell Fire Fighters Fund does great things for the families of fallen firefighters. Please read the message below to see how just a minute or two of your time can help them out.

To all our Friend in the Fire Service, WE NEED YOUR LETTER

Our sponsor the Jim Beam Company is in the process of creating a new label. This one will be dedicated to the brothers in the fire service who serve our communities everyday.

However, the Beam Company is looking to sell this bottle only in the NYC Metro market. Our fund is open to support firefighters across the Country. We have received requests from many states asking for the bottle but Beam does not think there is any interest. We Know differently.

We are asking you, your organization and union to write to Beam requesting the sale of the bottle in your area.

The Fund has given out over $500,000 in the last 4 years. Please look at our website, www.terryfarrellfund.org for the 2007 awards. We don't like to say no to any firefighter or family but limited funding does not allow us. YOUR SIMPLE LETTER WILL HELP US TO HELP FIREFIGHTERS. Please remember that .99 of every dollar goes out to the firefighting community. Increased area sales of Beam will increase those gifts.

Apparently the efforts of brothers across the country have already made a difference, as this email from the Farrell Fund shows:

TO THOSE OF YOU WHO TOOK THE TIME TO HELP THIS FUND THANK YOU................................
At 10am I received a cal from Mr Thomas Flocco advising me that his office had been "inundated" with emails from Califonia, Florida, Chicago and upstate New York asking the firefighters label be sold in these areas. HE BELIEVES IT IS A GOOD IDEA AND WAS GLAD TO HEAR SO MUCH INTEREST ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
Therefore he has sent it to his marketing team to see about opening new markets very soon.
Beam gives us $2.00 per case sold so the more sold the more benefit to the fire service.
It is truely a brotherhood. Thank You
