The only department that utilizes CCEMTPs is, as far as I know, North Shore LIJ Center for Emergency Medical Services. (NSHS CEMS) They also teach the course there. The CCEMTP Program came out of Maryland University, and they currently offer site licenses for teaching in areas other then that of there own university.

NewYork Presbyterian EMS also has it and only offers it to employees right now.
