I have an easy way to remember dosages via clocks. I have a clock for EPI LIDO Dopamine and oxytosin. As for the math;
Drip rate formula
Desired Dose per minute x admin set
-------------------------------------------------
solution concentration(dose) on hand




gtts
volume to be infused x gtts/ml of admin set= min
total time of infusion in minutes
