with mine as soon as its done vibrating usually additional tones follow a sec later and then you hear the dispatcher.

When I was cutting the lawn the other day, I had it on vibrate. It vibrated but no voice. I heard the horns and so I new we had a General. Our old Minitor IV had vibrate with voice.

Are the pagers doing that stored voice? The SV Minitor IVs my EMS squad at school uses have two vibrate settings, one normal, one where it vibrates and doesn't let the voice through, until you press the replay button.

depends on how its programmed...

if it is a stored voice just hit the replay button or press the reset button after it vibs and you will hear the call.

mine is programed as so
A ------ is all calls in my dept ( Day time )
B ------ is only my zone calls ( bed time )
C ------ is vibrate WITH VOICE
D ------ is 10 and 32

one or two...no more than two, but up to 8 sets of tones per frequency

8 sets of tones (dept or company) I programed one for one guy from my fire house that has our mutual aid depts in it.
