Wow, it makes me feel old sometimes that some guys were brought up on Third Watch and Cops and not the classics... I brought my Emergency! tapes into medcom one night and some of the new kids didn't know who Roy and Johnny were! :-)

I think they have released up to season 4 of Emergency on DVD. Great show. I used to be glued to the screen growing up on Saturday nights Channel 11when it would be on. I think after mission impossible or was it Star Trek?

I think I had every Emergency Toy growing up. My parents found a picture of me as a kid with a toy SCBA and helmet from that show.

I also remember Code Red with Lorne Greene and Trauma Center with Lou Ferrigno.

yes, it starred Adam Rich. I think he was adopted by the Chief played by Lorne Greene. He was an Explorer who was allowed to ride on the trucks and respond to calls. I think the Chiefs two sons were fire fighters and his daughter also. I think one son flew the FD helicopter.
