Technically speaking, any team is allowed to race in any state sanctioned drill. Wether it be an invite or a battalion, county or town, etc.
Doitallboy, there was multiple camera men there sat., sat. night, and sun. just waiting for them to send the links. And I thank YOU and whoever else showed up from your dept.
Just a question: What was with the Suffolk team entering the drill? Was that a last minute thing? And if it was a "Nassau County" OF drill, why were they permitted to race?
Miller Place was able to race, but they were not eligible to take any points since it was the Nassau County Drill. I believe the host (North Bellmore) allowed them to win trophies.
Miller Place is an up and comming team.......will the pressure of the State Drill and actually beng in the mix for points get to them????? Only time will tell. Good luck toall.
