Starting Sept 7, 2008...which is a Sunday night at 9 pm on the A&E Biography channel...new show dedicated to all kinds of crimes that were solved in NYPD. From shootings, to major narcotics, Org crime, obviously homicides, but ones with twists, sex crimes and a host of other felonies. The important part is, the director from Kaufman films decided that it would be a better show if the actual case detectives narrated and participated in them. So they hooked up with a rep from the NYPD, who provided them with an entire season of solved crimes and the guys who solved them. An honor for those who serve and don't get recognition from the job it serves, but from the outside world. They treated the guys who participated like gold and really held to their cases. Better to support a channel and film company that does this than some network sitcom.
