We're currently remounting our old Ford's onto new Chevy chassis's. The new Chevy's are better engines than the current underpowered Ford's which have been causing nothing but problems.
We have a few busses in now getting remounted, so you should see more on the road soon!
My Dept. Just took delivery of a new Chevy. We have been ford owners forever, But we really liked the Chevy chasis. Vehicle will be placed into service in a few weeks.

The E-Series Fords are still getting the 6.0(oh no). My friend had lemon lawed 3 before getting his old 7.3L F-450 Western Hauler back with cash. The new 6.4Ls are no comparison to the 6.0L. Neither are as good as the 7.3L. At this point GM has the superior engine, since no one really uses the Dodge Chassis' with the Cummins.
