I've used that, I've used the pick-up, I've used a rack truck and I've used a 2 1/2 ton as well.

And the fork-lift was brought out to the scene for a few of these in addition.

ESU Any reason the county didn't go with the Freightliner M2 Business Class over the GMs for the ambulances? I know price may be an issue.

I like the new bus! But it needs new lights and sirens! The lights and sirens on the buses now just dont cut it!

It's kind of a shame. I think while more expensive(the freightshaker) I do highly believe it will outlast the GM in the long run. Any idea how they're working out for the FMs?

IDK, with the current lightbar or any other lightbar, people will still not move out of the way and still will be too distracted typing on their Iphone to see it...

The way I see it! is that the county should make all the buses on the GMC chassis! I have seen 53 responding and people get out of the way just because of the pure size of the beast!

County's in a financial crisis, you won't see any "NEW" lightbars... We're lucky to even be getting these remounts, there hasn't been a new RMP in months...
