I am day 42 out of 90 with P90X and I love it. I have seen some great results in terms of weight loss, muscle growth and definition. I have also developed fitness as well. The only downside is you must be totally committed to an hour and a half everyday for 90 days (usually a problem for me, but have not missed a day), I really am enjoying the workout. It has you take pictures at day 0, 30, 60, and 90, do it, I did and can't beleive the difference in just 30 days

Nssbff, i also have the P90X. Its really great, but hard to committ to due to work and everyday schedules. I wish I was as committed as you. hopefully soon. Good luck

It talks about muscle confusion, after the 12 day cycle is over do you just start right back over?

I really don't get it form the web site.

has anyone else tried this or know someone who has?

If so, what were the results?

Is it worth the money?

Its full body supposedly. A 90 day workout which is supposed to get you into the best shape of your life. Its really rigorous but with a huge payoff. It has a back, biceps, chest, triceps, legs, shoulder, cadio, and ab workout (and more). The workouts are based on the idea of muscle confusion so that your body never gets accustomed to the exercises and therefore cant plateau.

sounds like a lazy mans motivator to me. also looks like you need access to a full set of weights to be able to make use of it.

give me self motivation any day.

LOL !! Actually all you need is dumbells, pull-up bar and a matt for the floor.

I was just watching the infomercial for this. They say you can use a resistance band instead of the dumbells. Im definitely thinking about trying it.
