I am day 42 out of 90 with P90X and I love it. I have seen some great results in terms of weight loss, muscle growth and definition. I have also developed fitness as well. The only downside is you must be totally committed to an hour and a half everyday for 90 days (usually a problem for me, but have not missed a day), I really am enjoying the workout. It has you take pictures at day 0, 30, 60, and 90, do it, I did and can't beleive the difference in just 30 days
Nssbff, i also have the P90X. Its really great, but hard to committ to due to work and everyday schedules. I wish I was as committed as you. hopefully soon. Good luck
just bought it online today...i wont free up until the summer to try it but nssbff has it an he said good results...if you read this nss please post so we can hear if the routine works
Its full body supposedly. A 90 day workout which is supposed to get you into the best shape of your life. Its really rigorous but with a huge payoff. It has a back, biceps, chest, triceps, legs, shoulder, cadio, and ab workout (and more). The workouts are based on the idea of muscle confusion so that your body never gets accustomed to the exercises and therefore cant plateau.
it is a very intense workout, the videos are online for free but you have to find them you will also need some dumbells and a yoga mat. well i do cuz i dont have carpet.
