Does anyone know of any state that will grant reciprocity to a New York emt-cc in the new state at a level higher than EMT-I?

If you even can do it, the only possibility I see is getting EMT-I/99

if it is not a paramedic card. you will only get as high as emt-I
but other states may have a bridge class to up grade you. you need to go to the NR-emt website to find out

I've looked into this before. It depends where you go. As far as NREMT's the best you will do is EMT-I. Some states don't even recognize NREMT let alone any other state. You may not even make EMT-I in some states. NYS is pretty behind the times, so look before you leap.

Knowing the EMT-CC curicculum and the NREMT-i/99 ,,, I think you should start be trying to get I-99 reciprocity. then go fro there,,

MD recognizes NREMT-I/99 as MD CRT's and allows them to do ALS as "medics" in charge.....
