A Rockville Centre hotel was robbed at gunpoint early Wednesday morning by two men, one of them armed with a handgun, who got away with hotel cash and the desk clerk's wallet, Nassau police said.
The men entered the Best Western Hotel at 4:23 a.m. and approached the clerk, police said.
One of the suspects took out a handgun and demanded money, and the clerk handed over cash and his wallet, police said.
Both men left the hotel at 173 Sunrise Hwy. on foot. First Squad detectives are investigating.
