I am currently in an EMT-B class. I will be taking the cert. test on march 13. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good review book. something to supplement the text book that I've been using. Looking more for the vocabulary aspect of EMS but I am willing to give any book a try. Any suggestions?

go to borders in either the test prep section or medical section and see wat best fits wat your looking for. It sounds like you want a book w/ a sumation of the key pts to each chapter. ik i used a book like that but i dont remember how much "lingo" was in it. other review books are a bunch of old exams and they prob have ?'s w/ the $2 medical terms and explanation of the answers. good luck!

I recently took the test and found it to be quite easy. Don't know if the upcoming one will be that easy. Good luck anyway.
