i bought the DVD set a few days ago and spend all my free time watching it and deff glad i did. It was my favorite show of all time as well, and like previously mentioned the last season was HORRIBLE and nothing like the previous seasons.

There is no word on the U.S. release of season 2. Anything that you find is bootleg.

I would tend to believe the Photo unit. Used to go to many of the tapings of 3rd Watch and is an avid fan. If anyone is gonna know when the rest of the seasons come out legit, it will be Photo.

It turns out they are already under investigation by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, this because they are in fact located in Canada. I spoke with a Sgt. I'm ashamed, what a freaking internet newbie mistake. Haha so the Better Business Bureau has had complaints about this place before, but the address on file is either vacant or doesn't exist so they consider it "unpursueable." Season 1 is the only season that has been released here. If you see other seasons for sale, they are bootlegged.

unless you want it in japanese and have the correct regional DVD player...then you can watch season 2 now. Question: Why do American shows come out on DVD in other countries first, wtf is up with that?

I wanna know why has only season 1 of Third Watch come out when other programs when released are the full version, all seasons, not just the first one? I'm already in re-runs of the first season.

I heard that they had licensing issues in regards to alot of the music they used and each song would have to be dealt with individually. As far as other shows...most of the ones I collect come out season by season (ER 1-9, Simpsons 1-10, American Dad 1-3?, Family Guy 1-5, Emergency 1-?, Futurama 1-4, etc. etc.)

How many seasons of Third Watch did they make? This is the one show about all three branches (FDNY/EMS/NYPD) I actually watched. Actually I lied, I watched and loved NYPD Blue. But is season one the only season to come out on DVD?

There were six seasons of Third Watch. There is only one season out because they are having issues with the music rights.
